Gospel Cola by Atomic Opera

"Atomic Opera is a metal band that breaks all the rules. This definitely ain't your daddy's heavy metal. On Gospel Cola, their Metal Blade Records debut album, Atomic Opera takes all the metal rules and turns them on their head. You'll find intricate harmonies, unusually-timed rhythms, and some decidedly un-metal instruments like the dulcimer, cello, mandolin, and more. The result is a pleasing musical landscape that transcends the metal genre, but will definitely provide metalheads with an enjoyable, if ecclectic, surprise." -Christianmusic.about.com

Track 1-Jesus junk is a convicting song for those with outward displays of Christianity. Click on track 1 above to see an example of their witty song writing.
Track 2-Quick solutions
Track 3-Human nature
Track 4-End time events have started
Track 5-Unwanted pregnancy

This may not rock as hard as their previous releases but I find it to be more Godly and thought provoking.

How befitting to end their last album with the Doxology.

Reiah Discerns the Times ()

I stopped and asked a strange old man who was looking to the East,
if perchance he knew the time of day.
He looked at me so suddenly and with such a fiercesome gaze,
that I could see the wisdom in his eyes.
"Having eyes to see," said he,
"can you not read the signs that are written in the sky and on your soul?
For now the sky is burning red and there's just one thing left unsaid:
Apocalypse isn't future tense, apocalypse is now.
Apocalypse in the present tense, apocalypse is now."
