The Music Vault is a Christian/Positive influence heavy music database. This system was designed and developed by solid and its content is managed by a team of people known as Vault Managers.
It has been online since 2002, though a large portion of its data was lost in 2006. In August of 2009 the Vault was added to The BlabberJesus Network due to the closure of the Firestream forum. We work very hard to continually update and manage the vault so that it can stay up-to-date. Love at first listen as is true with all releases from this band of the new millennium. I love how they power the metal. Early on, David Taylors' vocals are Queensryche-lyche(Geoff Tate) . Many would believe if someone tried to pass this off for early QR. But the Godly lyrics would be a dead giveaway. Then more of a combination of Iron Maiden(Bruce Dickinson) and Saviour Machine(Eric Clayton) in the later releases with the new vocalist Chaz Bond.
Overall the songs hit hard from the get go. The songs are well written and well performed. A mix of generally positive and/or Christ centered lyrics. EPIC strong metal. It is difficult for me not to use the 'E' word when describing their songs or albums.
I so admire a band that sticks to a proven winning formula. Makes them come out smelling like a rose when so many otherwise epic metal bands succumb to trends. I absolutely love the coherent Godly lyrics set to stellar music. Not running out of ideas and keeping the songs refreshingly different maintains their position at the top of new millennium bands. This band is coming up on ten years of full length stellar albums that never disappoint. Most of their full length albums are truly full length at around 75 minutes each. This is a strong sign of a band that just loves to create and share goodness. Their coherence shows they truly desire their fans to be blessed by the Godly lyrics.
