I actually like this version than 2.0. I don't know what it is, maybe I got used to the original but I play this one more than 2.0

Richard is a very competent vocalist, I would love to see him put out a solo project with the likes of the song 'Everlasting God'. This is probably the most praiseworthy and worshipful Saint song. I could see Richard having an excellent metal worship album.

CSE 1.0 compares favorably with 2.0 Of course the vocals being the main difference but the songs on 1.0 are on the average about half a minute shorter. A few songs are exactly the same length. I love how every song has a guitar solo. I am a little puzzled by the JP cover, great song but I am not sure how a song about an alien invasion fits in with the theme of this album.

I always interpreted the Invader as Jesus coming back. Maybe that is the intent they had. A good album, you're right excellent guitar solos, maybe because at this point they had two guitarists. And I prefer Rich's vocals on Everlasting God.
